Melathalam Matrimony offers various subscription plans to enhance your experience. These plans provide access to premium features such as contacting potential matches directly, viewing hidden profiles, and more.
Please note that all payments made for subscriptions or services on Melathalam Matrimony are non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, we do not offer any full or partial refunds, even if you decide to terminate your membership before the subscription period ends.
Users can choose not to renew their subscription at the end of the current billing cycle. However, cancellation of an active subscription during its term will not result in a refund for the remaining period. Your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors where a user was charged multiple times for the same transaction. In such cases, the user must provide valid proof of the duplicate transaction within 48 hours.
If your account is suspended or terminated by Melathalam Matrimony due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions, no refund will be provided for any remaining subscription period.
